Please Note: The above-listed registration fees grant access to the conference from 7-11 October 2024, covering attendance for only three full days of the event.
A selection of post-conference workshops will follow the conference on 10 and 11 October 2024. Attendance of the post-conference workshops requires separate registration and payment of the relevant workshop fee(s).

METHOD OF PAYMENT
To qualify for the early registration fee, please ensure payment is received on or before 6 September 2024. Thereafter the higher/late registration fee will apply.
Delegates may pay by Credit Card or Electronic Bank Transfer
If you are paying by credit card, payment will automatically be charged to your card at the time of processing. Payments by Credit Card will incur a 4,5% Credit Card and Online Merchant fee.
If you are paying by bank transfer/EFT, please ensure payment is received by the early bird registration deadline date in order to receive this discount. If payment is received AFTER 6 September 2024, the late registration fee will apply.

CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat at info@sameaconf.co.za
Refunds in the Event of Cancellation
Refunds will be processed as follows for any cancellations received in writing by the following dates:
On or before 6 September 2024: all fees paid less 10% administration fee
From 6 September to 1 October 2024: all fees paid less 70% administration and cancellation fee
For any cancellations after 1 October 2024, 100% cancellation fees will be applied. You may nominate a replacement to attend in your place, but this must be done in writing to the Conference Secretariat via email info@sameaconf.co.za. Any delegate replacement is not valid unless acknowledged and processed by the Conference Secretariat, and the replacement delegate is in receipt of a confirmation of registration email bearing their own name.
No refunds will be processed for No-Shows.
